My neighbour have an issue with me as he was not able to purchase my house. He owns 2 properties and insists on party wall every time i mention my extension. No offence to the pro's of Party wall,but all i want to do is extend my patio door by a mere 2 foot.
Is there any way i can install patio doors on Beams with brick pillar around it,so there will be no need for party wall and the unnecessary expense.
I have read the party wall book and i am happy to leave few inches and build inside the boundary.
