I am planning to replace this roof with an insulated warmroof and lightweight tile.

It currently has an L shaped box gutter which I want to design out.

How would this be done?
I'm fully aware it's very complicated but would appreciate and pointers of where to start.

Specifically, I need help with the framing geometry where the house pitch and conservatory pitch meet parallel and where the abbutment on the short side of the L would interface on the corner. The goal obviously being to carry water away.

Secondly I need advice on flashing it. Lead vs. GRP or something else entirely.

Can it be done and done well?

Thank you!

...some pictures to give you a better idea of what im up against.

Thats very true... something like chat gpt drew for me below.

Ive costed the lightweight roof replacement at 3-4 k in materials which i can afford...

Im guessing that this or totally flat roof would cost a lot more which i do not have.
