composite door handle

ive got a little problem were a basta cheatue lever lever door handle is fitted on a front door which is about 10 years old , door handles are damaged and not working correctly , problem is spoke to basta, handles now obselete can not find a replacement lever lever in brass with a 92mm from sq bar to euro lock barrel profile , handles are fixed via 4 screws
looking for something which will look similar and does the same job

You could go for a separate handle and rose so the spacing is not a factor.?
That way you can look at other manufacturers.
