Of course, but it's not a "positive" count, there must be an affirmative count, of none of the above.
I thought they kept count of spoiled papers?
However, it could be estimated anyway, by subtracting the number of fined-for-not-voting and the sum of the positive votes cast from the number of eligible voters. I think?!

Because would it lead to less people enrolling on the voting register?
There are already hefty fines for not doing so, but these are rarely enforced.
Similarly with the fines for not completing the census form.
The other option for 'none of the above' of course is to do what France does by allowing you to turn up to vote, register, and then walk away.
This (along with spoilt papers) are counted separately. Nearly 9% of the registered electorate apparently did one of those things last time around.
Now imagine the effect if the majority did the same thing!

Full Well knowing you would win because this is affecting people's life's. The plan was from Blair Major and all these other people of power who have a vested interest in the EU. Was too wear us down. Some now will not even bother voting because they want this over and done with.
Some have change their mind and sayy we know the truth now. But do you really. You know the plan Blair his cronies and the EU come out with but do you really know the truth?

Agree on that, she liberalised the finance sector creating the monster we have now and she started the wholesale privatisation.
Now having said that the UK economy needed to move on from its low manufacturing productivity however the prescription and pace of change and not dealing with the fallout was wholly on her, we still haven't got an economic strategy for the North. Then on top of the regions that bore the brunt of her policies they were then faced with Austerity caused by the banks and the financial sector - it is and continues to be an unfair set of circumstances handed to these people.
