We are planning a new bathroom which will have a WC unit with a floor standing back to wall toilet. Just wanted to get opinions on your experience of the most reliable/easiest to get parts for/easiest to repair concealed cistern. WC unit will have a push button flush and as far as I know it will have a removable front (top) panel.

Also, is it better to get a top or bottom fed cistern. Am I right in thinking that a top fed cistern would be easier to work on if the cistern had to be replaced/repaired?

Thanks for your help.

Can highly recommend abacus wall hung WC frames. Lots of attention to detail to ensure it will work.

Didn't think we needed to get a frame as our toilet will be floor standing and not wall hung?
Also does it matter if the cistern is top or bottom fill in terms of isolating the water supply should we need to? Do they have an isolation valve that is separate to the fill inlet?
