Concrete blocks on a wall foundation

Morning,

so plodding on with my foundations for my garden wall

next is the block work , I’ve decided on double skin facia bricks with a couple of rows of blues at the bottom.

what I’m unsure of is that coming off the concrete foundation ( thanks to everyone who helped and supported me doing this )

is it ok to lay some concrete blocks (7n’s) flat along the foundation trench then build my fascia bricks off this?

the wall is 4.5 L x 1 metre H
