Spent 2 days using a 4.5 inch grinder to cut concrete indoors. Had a haze in the room but got out the way when poss. I was wearing a standard mask. Just been reading up about silicosis so have i made a serious mistake and have i contaminated the room?

As far as i am aware, cement dust is a fairly inert, safe material as far as respiratory safety is concerned.
