Concrete floor repair

Hi,
Got a job lifting 7 metres of vinyl floor tiles in a newsagents and laying new down. Lifted a few random tiles and it appears to be a concrete base with approx' 3mm of screed on top. In some places, the screed will lift. What is the best way to repair this? I have access on a evening when shop is shut but need to patch repair so can be walked on the following morning. I will then lay the vinyl tiles the next evening.
Any advice greatly appreciated,

Can SLC be used for patching small isolated areas?

yes, any size of patch will accomodate SLC.
