Concrete ramp surface repairs - Ardex K 301 ?

Concrete path and ramp is ravelling and I 'm hoping to repair and fill with a liquid screed or similar say 5mm thick or so. I have come across Ardex K 301 which might do the trick but has anyone used it or have any other suggestions please based on experience ?
