Concrete shed

I am getting one of those concrete sheds what come in slab form. It is going to be 10ft x 21 ft. I have to put a concrete base down first and the company will put it up then. Any done one of these, how deep does the concrete base have to be 12 inches or 6 inches ?

What cost am I looking at on average for the base ?

Thats a pretty big shed! Does it need regs or permission to have that as a 'shed'? Where did you get yours from?

Does not need Regs if it is less than 300 square foot and more than 5 meters away from the house.
