1979 built concrete slab balcony is leaking. It is a large balcony, approx 3 m by 8m with tile covering, not sure what the membrane is. The concrete is blowing on the front edge and I can feel that some tiles have lifted. Whats the best repair? I was hoping that lifting the tiles, rescimming the concrete, new mebrane then tiles on top? any thoughts?
