Condensation in loft

Good afternoon I’m on renovating my property and just went into the loft the first time since the summer and it has quite a bit of condensation on the underside of the membrane the roof already has a couple of tile vents in but I havnt yet got around to putting any insulation down in the loft I removed all the old stuff in the summer. Does anybody have any idea why I’m getting the condensation or how I can improve the ventilation further thanks

Cannot see on the images posted but? are there any eaves vents? or can you see daylight at eaves level?

That sarking membrane looks to me like your garden variety 'Geoff Capes' special - i.e. reinforce plastic sheeting. Zero breathability.
Your loft needs venting. Is there any air-flow at the eaves? If not you need to introduce some or retro-fit tile vents etc.

Yeah that’s what it is not breathable felt I can’t remember the proper name for the product
