Condensation?

IS this the result of condensation problems? I suspect it is but am not so sure about the first two pictures. What do you think?

Yes looks like mould caused by condensation. 5th picture - is it ground or first floor?

Third photo down.....that sure looks like a leaking pipe in the ceiling to me

it is extremely localised, so I reckon the leak idea is on the money. Could be a roof or gutter leak though

Has been like this for a while, and does not look particularly wet?

have a look up top. It might be a dirt stain where the water has soaked in. It could be that most of it is running down the wall not going into the ceiling.

Even though there is a piece of furniture in front of it and it stops just above that piece of furniture?
Third photo down doesn't look like enough damage to be a leak - just mould on surface, no blistering or bubbling of paint and the decorative paper border is even still in tact.
Worth getting up in loft to be sure though
