I remember being reprimanded by a teacher for calling a lad black..."He's not black...he's coloured!"
Then some bright spark noticed that the South Africans called negroids black and all other non white races including half castes coloureds.
We were then instructed that the correct terms were black or Asian.New York negroes referred to the whites as 'Gray'....work that one out.
God knows what terms we will use in 20 years...some jumped up little twerp in government will no doubt decide for us.
