Quick question: I have a Stack with the WC waste coming in on the left and would like to bring the shower and basin (as one) at the front, there is a cut out for this but its at the same height as the swept WC - is this ok according to regulations? Thanks

no problem with that being the same height its not in the none permitted area for crossover.
if you are fitting it to the front of the stack crossover regs don't come into it.
