I have 2 separate rooms with flat roof on the side of my house, all my neighbours houses are garages I think original owner wanted more rooms and space. They are freezing and a waste of space. My plan is to get the one at the back insulated and turned into a utility/shower room, the problem is my wastepipe is on the opposite side of the house.
My neighbour shares a rainwater pipe with me this is situated in her garage which is flush with the front one of these two rooms, I could run a waste under sub floor which would be a straight run and hook into her drain however I have concerns due to this being rainwater drain.
Other option is to run across subfloors and hook into my downstairs toilet waste, there is plenty of room in all under flooring except the lounge which is shallow. what are my best options ?
