Connecting hive

Do you need to disconnect the programmer on the worcester boiler for the hive to work ?

Yes. Hive replaces any existing programmer, timer or other control.

Thanks , so the panel in the middle which is the programmer just needs to be un plugged and then hive should work.

As above, but depending on the boilers configuration, setting the programmer to permanently on may also work.
