I am extending my house. I have a 13 rad micobore system, the manifold seems to have only 12 pipes (flow out presumably). I guess there must be a return manifold somewhere.
Can I connect with small bore (15mm) to this system with a new bigger boiler and a megaflow?
The current cylinder would go (currently gravity fed) and there are no room stats, all trvs.
What are the problems?
Would I be better with a new self contained system in the extension, which has 3 beds and 2 baths, plus living rooms, aboout 150 sqm in all.
All advice gratefully received. Thanks.
What size boiler would I need for the combined property which will be 325 sqm?

Wi` size o t`extension I`d go for self contained system.Bigger Than row o` Miners cottages tha` knows. Thats all T`advice tha gets fer nowt from me

Thanks Nige :) . Would anyone care to offer advice on Combi vs system+megaflow? I can't see why pay more for a system boiler, when a combi is _much_ cheaper and can still power a megaflow. I could run the combi water to on bath room and the megaflow to the other :?:
