Conservatory Dwarf wall what type of blocks

Hello my first post so be gentle.

I need to build conservatory dwarf walls but am confused about the different types of breeze blocks.

2 courses will be under DPC and 3 or 4 above which will be rendered to match house.

What is the best block to use? 7N, 3.6N, Aerated????
Any advise gratefully received.

3.6N concrete for all of it, but class b engineers for external skin 225mm below ground and 150mm above.
