Conservatory from hell.

Can anyone help me with regards to our conservatory from hell.
We have struggled with a local upvc window company for almost 9 yrs with excessive condensation, damp, floor level water ingress, replacement roof panels, additional ventilation, additional external digging (as damp proofing had been covered) on initial build and is really not fit for purpose. The saga continues and the 10 year guarantee expires in Mar 2022. Promised failed appointments etc.
Their after sales customer care is absolutely appallingly. Don't know where to turn. Any suggestions for any legal assistanc. We have has a couple of independent builders round who advise its a drainage issue as the garden slopes as there are fields behind. The company advises as we went for the cheaper option this is the reason for the issues but surely footings and drainage preparation are standard on all builds? Help.

9 years on. Decide if you want this saga to define your life for another few years while you continue to progress litigation which you may or may not win (and even if you win will you get anything out of it?), or, knock it down and start again. silk purse, sows ears etc.

Put a French drain in to intercept the water off the fields?
