Conservatory Height datum point (Ed.)

Hello all,

New to the Forum so hello to all...

When changing an existing conservatory, making it slightly larger in this case, but only 3.7 x 2.7 mtrs.... with regard to the height of the conservatory, from where is that measured? From DPC? Floor level? The ground drops away with one end of the projection being 30cm approx from ground to DPC.. it is approx 80cm at the other end. It us just a question of where to take the measurement from?
