Conservatory or extension?

hi!!!

I am confused!!! I have a 6 month old at home. I am planning for an extension so he gets some place for his toys and to play.

As I am in short of cash, I was wondering which would be cheaper...an extension or a conservatory? Pls help me decide. I am no expert and this is the first time i am looking into building work.

We r looking at approximately 15 m2. Can someone help me decide and also give me an idea of how much it would cost? many thanks in advance.

conservatory would be cheaper

we've gone through the same process!!

for a 3.8m x 4m conservatory fully finished with heating electrics etc we've had quotes ranging from 10-17k
