conservatory roof insulation

Hi just started my conservatory roof insulation i put 25x38mm battons up
using self drilling wood to metal screws. The next part is to staple supper quilt
and seal with foil tape and put more battons on top and than clad this with
upvc cladding 300mm x 10mm x 5m .
sounds easy but my conservatory is 5m x 5m quite high and i dont like hights
