One of the panes (Ultraframe Active) has slipped away from the rafter so much so I'm surprised water isn't leaking through (see first photo). I can also see gaps, big enough I can slide a cable tie through, which I hadn't noticed before but then again I wasn't looking for them until now. The conservatory is about 8 years old at this point. Before I get in contact with the installer what should I make sure they should be doing to make good.

In my mind it looks like at least that one pane should be removed, sealant, and tape reapplied before fitting back into the rafter frame and securing. As for the smaller gaps is sealant sufficient or will further work be needed to make good and eliminate the gaps?
