Hope this belongs in this section...

Got lots to do on this house I've bought.I would like a lean to conservatory on this rear wall but it has a dog leg in it a foot deep.
I guess a conservatory manufacturer could make one to fit but I would imagine a 'special' would cost a lot extra.I'd rather the extra expense was spent on replacing the right hand window with french doors.Are there any alternatives?

It's not a problem - you just have longer roof sheets and rafter bars where the wall is set back. It would not be a "special"
 
or you get the kind with a pitched roof, and set the apex at the step..
that way you just need an extra panel on one side..
 
The left hand side would have to be deeper by a foot too.Would they just add an extra glass panel.I'm after something simple like this with doors to the right.I guess the important thing would be getting the measurements spot on as I'm going for a self build.
