Consumer Unit - opinions wanted!

I would if I could, but we don't use them so sorry I can't.

I would suggest the meter was changed at the end of the previous meter's calibration period.

As regards the earth I wouldn't be surprised if the was another MET as the one on the cut-out only has 2 terminals
