Convert a fullbore lever ball valve from 28mm to 25mm

I want to use a lever full bore compression fitting 25mm or 28mm valve to fit onto old 1 inch/25mm outside diameter copper pipe.

Who supplies converter olives for 25mm and any suggestions.

Don't want to use those bulky pvc valves of fittings.

Conversion olives are a bit of a bodge.

If I was asked to do that then I would use a 1" to 28mm conversion end feed coupler on either side and use a short length of 28 mm tube either end of the valve

Have you actually measured the 1" outside diameter pipe? It was normal for imperial pipe to be measured on the internal bore!
