Cooker extractor fan hose (round) - can't seem to find one with a 110mm diameter

Have measured the diameter of my existing crumbling, mouldy hose a number of times and it's apparently 110mm, yet the closest hose diameter that I can find for this application (cooker extractor hood fan to outside) is 100mm.

Isn't there such a thing as a 110mm hose or do I use a 100mm hose and somehow make it fit?
