Cooker hood wiring

Loads of the posh flats here do it the grid way, with labelled switches, but in a country kitchen - hum????

Also, i have had to change several of the switches to key-types, as the fridge/freezers keep ketting turned off - (the lights are in the same grid in a few places we service).

OK - use unlabelled switches then! But seriously - you're going to have light switches and sockets anyway in the kitchen, so why is a matching grid plate a big deal?. And is it any worse than a whole bunch of FCUs/isolation switches above the work surfaces for the appliances?

Daft design, that....

If it was three or four, yep thats ok. More than that and it start looking a bit commercial for me!!
