Can someone advise please. I want to fit a cooker hood and know that I need a fused unit. Can I run cable to feed the fused unit from an existing light switch or does it need to be from an electric socket - and what size cable do I need? Thanks in anticipation

use 2.5mm T+E from a socket to the FCU. DO NOT USE THE LIGHTING CIRCUIT.
