Cooker Socket with Cable?

Is it possible to still get cooker sockets with a hole for the cable, or do they all need a separate cooker connection box?
My wifes flat has a broken socket of the above type but we can't find one to replace it with. Am I going to have to dig in a new cable (and all the 'P' problems this brings?

I've never seen a cooker switch with a cable outlet. Sounds a bit daft and messy, TBH.
