i have a cooker what requires a 13amp plug . can i wire my cooker in to the cooker outlet underneath the work top instead of using a plug thanks

yes if you fuse it down at the CU to 16A...
if it also runs the hob then you'll need to fit an FCU next to it and connect to this..
