coppercylinder.co.uk - scam site or real?

Has anyone ever had any experience of buying from this site?

I made a big-ish purchase recently and haven't heard from them. Admitedly haven't called them up yet which I'm planning to do tomorrow but just thought in the meantime if someone else has experience of them it would either put my mind at rest or alert me to buy asap from elsewhere (and start a claim on my credit card for this cylinder) so I have a cylinder ready to fit when the builders turn up!

never heard of them, there is no company on companies house listed as "copper cylinders" and there is no address on their website. 2 things that would concern me. best get on the blower

They are Jelmart Ltd of Wrexham, only been a Ltd company since April and haven't filed any accounts with Companies House to date

It's a genuine company run and owned by the bloke who used own PH Jones. Which he sold to BG for a tidy sum.
