What frequency do cordless mice (the computer variety ;) ) transmit at?

What frequency do cordless routers transmit at?

What frequency do DECT phones transmit at?

I have all 3, and they all pick up interference from each other! If the mouse is too close to the router, i get low signal messages.

Using the cordless DECT phone anywhere in the house, it is very crackly with the broadband router on. Even though the base is downstairs and my router is upstairs!

I am lead to believe that the router and the phone both use 2.4GHz, but i am at a loss as to what frequency my mouse uses (Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0)

Anyone else had similar problems, coming into the digital age?

Mobile phones & routers are in the 2.4GHz range (so are microwaves I think). Mice & keyboards are generally around 900MHz. DECT is 1.8-1.9GHz.

As I read I had a wireless mouse in right hand, laptop with wireless internet in front of me and a dect phone on the table. I got the dialling tone on the phone and waved the mouse and the phone around and over the computer and nothing seemed to go amiss. Having said that, my previous wireless router was very temperamental and I was never able to find out why.
