Hi
Trying to install a small corner sink and pedastal in small cloakroom.

No fixings supplied. So I have bought a pair of Fisher items
Have used them before with success on a basin without pedastal

However when fitted they don’t actually clamp the basin as the offset in the bracket is deeper than the china at the correct position. I can probably pack out with plastic or rubber, but does anyone know of an alternative bracket?

Second issue, having fitted a few full size pedastals in the past , they have always had fixing holes to the floor and sometimes at top top to locate to basin. On this small unit, no fixing positions.

I assume it needs to be stuck down or bedded in something?

Top and bottom?

Can someone advise what to use please?

Cheers

Fischer make a lot of fixings. We can't advise you on alternatives if we don't know what you have now, and you haven't said.

Pedestals for these basins tend to be purely decorative, so a bead of silicone between basin and pedestal to hide the gap will suffice
