Cost of a new Roof

I have a detached double garage with a flat felted roof.

Could anyone give me a rough guide to the price of putting on a proper tiled roof.

The measurements are 21 feet long and 18 feet wide.

roof tiles, ridging, tile battens, membrane, dry ridge £500

upvc facings, barges, soffits, gutter, rwp £400.

brick/ blockwork ???

labour 2 men 1 week........1k..........Ballpark

then of course you would have skip charges, and building work, then the dreaded VAT to add to the overall cost which could easily take it to 4k or more.

not so cheap really..

A 6.5m x 5.5m roof will cost about 5k.
