Cost to fit slate/tiles m2 London

Hi,
Could you help me.
how much I should change for m2 just for remove old tiles, underlay, battens and fit new ones ? Fit only.
No lead work, no windows, ridge tiles not including. Only F/B/S or T
London area
1 Spanish/Welsh slates
2 Thrutones slates
3 Plain tiles(conc/clay)
4 Interlocking tiles

If you are able to the work correctly you should be able to work out your own rates like the rest of us have to.
