something says no but ,,,, i will ask.... my old garage base is between 15 and 13 inch thick it had a concreat garage on it approx 50 years old ? i have removed the garage and have planing for a single story games room 2.2 approx high,,, the new build would have 3 sides the 4th side being my house,,, would the building control except me building on the base??
