Courtesy car what is appropriate?

Know what you mean, some years ago my Mrs had an MG TF convertible and someone ran in the back of it at a roundabout, not big damage just a bumper, insurance company supplied a brand new 500mile on the clock Mercedes E class convertible as a like for like convertible for convertible when a fiat 500 would have done

Given the world we live in atm I'd be embarrassed to insist on a like for like courtesy, I'd be happy with anything with 4 wheels.
