Covered Manhole regs

We had a conservatory built a few years back (no regs required) and the installers built over a manhole so there is no access.

Now we are getting a solid roof on and will also be removing doors to conservatory so will need building regs / inspection etc

Is this manhole issue likely to flag up (excuse the pun)?

Can anyone suggest the best approach to deal with this ‍♂️
 
As the work is a change of use only certain parts of the B Regs can be applied, drainage is not covered by this.
