Covering gloss

HI All

I have stripped my paper off the walls and painted 2 coats of white emulsion as a base and given it 2 coats of colour, Dulux colourguard but i can see a line around the room under the paint which i think is gloss from when someone painted a dado rail while on the wall.Without replastering how can i cover it up to paint over it again si it does not show ?
