Hi
We have an existing shelf in our kitchen behind the sink and in front of the window. It is raised but gets splashed and the normal crud gets onto it. When I first put it in I painted it well but over time the paint looks sorry for itself. The shelf itself is sound and well fixed in.
Is there a self adhesive, or by using contact adhesive, melamine sheet that can be bought to cover it. Obviously I would make sure it is well prepared before putting/ adhering it on.
Essentially I want to make it tough surfaced like a kitchen worktop
Thanks
