I'm fitting some plaster coving, whats the best way/what do I use to stick it to wall and ceiling???

How about this for a suitable adhesive?

You'll also need a mitre guide for cutting the mitres.

There are some guidance notes here on how to go about the job.

A few long panel pins can be used to secure while adhesive sets and then pulled and filled afterwards.
