Of course I know the answer.As you can easily see, I'm not. I'm clearly asking a specific question about the regs, if you don't know the answer you can just say so
My issue isn't with the cable being disconnected - it is with it being left energised in the full knowledge that a fault exists along that cable. I have no objection to that section of cable being completely disconnected and earthed out.
