Hi I've put my house on the market and have received an offer, the intended buyer has pointed out a crack on the wall of the loft, the pebbledash started to crumble a few years back and didn't think much of it as the house is over 100years old, really want to sell so am concerned what the surveyors report may say, trying to prepare myself with what may come back. Any thoughts?? Really hoping it's not subsidence

Doesn't look like subsidence, but if any buyer instructs a numpty surveyor, the surveyor could say anything and then your stumped.
