Crack in Wall

We've recently had some new houses built next door and there is a crack in our wall now. I have tried to add some photos. I will try again.
Your opinions would be appreciated.

Sorry fellas, for not responding to your offers of assistance. My relative is now processing this problem through the insurance.
If I can I will provide photos just for reference, but for now, I am concerned it may impact any insurance concern.

I can tell you that the gap between my house and any new house was over 1 meter, and no party wall agreement was requested.
There is a new manhole in the gap between the houses, but I do not know if there was a drain there before, or whether it is a new drain now.
