Cracked Brickwork below window

I've got cracked brickwork under a window, looks like the house shifted years ago..does anyone have a experience of the Twistfix Helical bars.?

I've taken all the plaster off back to the Brickwall looks scary but fixable, I only want to do it once.!!

Any tips would be gratefully received.
