Whilst removing a ground floor toilet which was cemented into the collar of a clay soil pipe which in turn is cemented into a solid floor, I accidently cracked the collar whilst trying to chip off the remains of the old porcelain s-pipe which was inside it. Can anyone advise me on how to repair the collar before installing the new toilet.

no need - a pan connector will go into the pipe leaving the collar redundant  But if you want to replace the bit for appearance - then just gripfill it

... Or remove the rest of the collar, even trim the pipe down to finish flush with the floor, providing your pan connector is long enough. An angle grinder is a useful tool for that job.
