Cracking in the loft

My loft conversion is now complete and i have had a little bit of cracking up there. I heard 2 cracks last night and i think i heard some a few mths ago.

I am assuming this is all normal stuff ?

I am imagining the cracking has come from the change in the kingpost as the diagonal struts were cut to allow 2 doors to be fitted. I then formed 2 doorways out of 8x3" and had it all plated up. All spec'ed by the SE.

Been up there and i can see some hair cracks in the wall which hides this huge king frame, so it looks as if this is the place where the cracks came from.

The heating has been on now up there for a few weeks so it may be down to a change in the humidity. still no carpets down

Probably just the timber drying out and shrinking.
