I have a few windowsills I want to repaint, with a couple of coats of satinwood (waterbased)
The current paint is about 10+ years old, and has now started to craze with the odd chip here and there.
Would something like Bullseye 123 primer deal with this if I obviously strip the lose bits, I want to try to avoid heavy sanding or chemical stripping, I need the finish DIY level rather than professional, thanks in advance
